We’re seeking a creative and driven Workplace Design Project Manager to join our Real Estate & Facilities team. Our team s mission is to create spaces where our people can do their best work, whether they re building new features, analyzing data, or simply grabbing a coffee. We believe that doing "common things uncommonly well" applies not only to our products but to our offices, too.

In this role, you’ll be leading the design thinking and strategic vision for our global office spaces. You will work alongside our Real Estate & Facilities & Construction team members and own the end-to-end design and project management of our office fit-outs, from concept to completion, while you focus on shaping our physical spaces to reflect our unique brand and culture.

• Lead the design vision for our offices. Creating spaces that are not just functional, but delightful, collaborative, and inspiring.
• Define and maintain global workplace design standards for layouts, brand integration, space utilization, and overall look & feel.
• Deliver office projects end-to-end; through relocations and fit-outs, refits, and in-situ moves, in close partnership with our real estate and workplace teams. You ll also collaborate across the wider business with Brand, IT, Security, Workplace, and Delight teams to deliver integrated, people-focused workplace solutions.
• Manage external design partners and vendors, ensuring quality, creativity, and alignment with Wolt standards.
• Work with workplace teams to monitor post-occupancy feedback and data to continuously improve workplace experience and performance.
• Occasionally travel globally to support project design, implementation, and quality reviews.

• Multi-year experience managing office designs and fit out projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• You are comfortable managing multiple projects with changing priorities.
• You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, from senior leadership to external partners.
• You have strong ambiguity management skills and a positive, can-do attitude when faced with new challenges.
• You are a proactive problem-solver and have the energy to see a project through to completion, taking ownership beyond the obvious.
• Use of relevant tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar
• Workplace analytics or IWMS tools for utilization and planning.
• Ability to travel as needed
