Nurse Manager- CVOR

Overview

This Nurse Leadership role oversees our Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, directing patient care, mentoring staff, and managing resources to ensure quality outcomes.

• Facilitate care services in the Pediatric Cardiac OR.
• Participate in policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise personnel, including nurses and allied health staff.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and professional development programs.

• Minimum of five years clinical experience, including pediatric cardiac OR.
• Prior management experience in a clinical setting.
• Active RN licensure in Delaware.
• Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Certifications in nursing administration or CVOR preferred.
