Job Title: IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity
Location: Berlin, CT

• Lead initiatives focused on strengthening network security, enforcing cybersecurity controls, and securing external vendor access.
• This role will manage enterprise cyber‑hardening programs including software solutions that restrict and govern employee web access, implementation of controls to prevent unauthorized device connections, and enhancement of physical security safeguards.
• Additionally, the role will oversee secure communication and access methods for external vendors, ensuring all connectivity flows through protected corporate network environments.
• Responsibilities include end‑to‑end project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, compliance alignment, and risk management.

• Lead enterprise cyber‑hardening initiatives and enforcement controls.
• Implement secure access restrictions for users, devices, and web activity.
• Manage controls to prevent unauthorized physical and network access.
• Oversee secure vendor connectivity and communication processes.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and coordinated execution across teams.

• Strong background in cybersecurity programs and network security.
• Experience with access control, vendor security, and secure communications.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills.
