• Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time – 2-3 Shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

Total Average Earnings: $22 - $26/hour

Performance Bonus:
Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
