** Job Summary
** Assembler III / Certified Welder is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
** Principle Duties and Responsibilities
*** Welder responsibilities
* Completes work area setup
* Fits parts together in accordance with the prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standards
* Operates equipment and tools as required to complete the assembly process
* Prevents and controls waste of raw material
* Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
* Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
* Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
* Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
* Provides basic TPM to equipment and completes TPM paperwork when required
* Maintains production records as required
* Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
* Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings
* Performs other duties as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
* Minimum 6 months of experience assembling components or specialty products is required 1 year of experience or more is preferred.
* Working knowledge of basic math
* May have certification in area of expertise including welding, etc.
* Must be at least 18 years of age### Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually dependent on experience   pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay - For hourly positions with incentive pay:
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
