Cortrucent Security is expanding our team, and this is your opportunity to join at the ground floor of a growing marketing function. As our Marketing Coordinator/Manager, you’ll help build and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, generate leads, and support our growth across Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI Services, Custom Software Development, Fractional CIO/CISO Services, and Data Services.

• Develop and support marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels.
• Create content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and service collateral.
• Build marketing plans that support both short-term lead generation and long-term brand positioning.
• Assist in building lead-generation funnels
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO-focused improvements.
• Support event marketing, webinars, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex services into clear, compelling messaging.
• Track campaign performance and provide reporting to leadership.
• Help build and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and service teams.
• Plan and run webinars, workshops, and lunch-and-learns on cybersecurity, AI solutions, compliance, and IT best practices.
• Coordinate presence at industry events, local business communities, Chamber of Commerce groups, and technology meetups.
• Partner with vendors and technology alliances on joint marketing and co-branded activities.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging

• Experience in marketing role(s), preferably in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to build campaigns, write content, and manage multiple marketing tasks at once.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A willingness to jump into new tools, new ideas, and new challenges.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing small business.

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM or marketing automation tools (Hub Spot preferred).
