A well-established and busy estate agency in Berkhamsted is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is target-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about property to build a rewarding career in residential sales.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyer enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while driving revenue and building strong relationships with vendors and buyers alike.

Key Responsibilities

* Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties

* Conducting property viewings

* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

* Supporting the sales progression process through to completion

* Generating new business opportunities and assisting with valuations

* Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing updates

* Achieving individual and team sales targets

About You

* Previous estate agency or sales experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)

* Confident, professional, and well-presented

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Target-driven with a proactive attitude

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
