Pixl is known for delivering high quality live and studio event solutions across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a Full Time Accounts Assistant who is organized, proactive, and ready to support our finance team with the day to day running of both the Sales and Bought Ledgers.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Accurately code and process supplier invoices.
- Set up new supplier accounts and process BACS payments.
- Check and reconcile supplier statements.
- Set up customer accounts and complete credit checks.
- Raise sales invoices and support customer queries.
- Assist with credit control and overdue balance follow ups.
- Complete weekly ageing reports for payables and receivables.
- Process daily receipts and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process business credit card expenses.
- Assist with month end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare intercompany reconciliation.
- Ensure correct VAT coding and review transactions.
- Process staff expenses and verify documentation.
- Prepare monthly accruals for outstanding invoices.
- Support general administrative tasks within the finance department.
- Help with front desk duties including calls and visitors.
- Highly organized with a structured approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, helpful, and team oriented.

About the Role:
You’ll be part of a finance team that supports Pixl’s mission to deliver profitable, high quality live and studio events. This position plays a key role in keeping financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accuracy across ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting.
Working Conditions:- Normal office environment.
- Mostly desk based.
- Occasional lifting under 25 lbs.
- Repetitive hand or wrist movement.
- Use of simple hand tools.
- Front office interaction required.
