Structural Technician

We re currently working with a well-respected structural engineering consultancy based in Berkhamsted that is looking to appoint a Structural Revit Technician to support its growing workload. This opportunity would suit someone with up to three years experience, who is keen to develop their technical skills within a supportive, design-led consultancy environment.

You ll be joining a friendly and sociable office, working closely with experienced Senior Technicians and Engineers on a range of prestigious projects across the data centre, industrial and residential sectors. This is an excellent role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to high-quality structural design work, with the chance to learn best practice Revit workflows, contribute to live projects, and grow their career within a collaborative and well-structured technical team.

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Structural Revit Technician with a good grounding in Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop under senior guidance.

What You Need To Succeed

• Between one and three years experience working as a Structural Technician.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to assist with drawings, models and general technical support tasks.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and develop new skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under the guidance of Senior Technicians and Engineers.
• Educated to HNC/HND level (or equivalent).
