Principal IT Assurance Analyst

• Gather and organize assessment data to support risk reporting and monitoring processes
• Consult with control owners to innovate and implement controls that minimize IT risks
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design, build, and maintain systems of controls
• Develop and maintain metrics (KRI & KPI) and deliver reports to management
• Manage stakeholders, identify issues and risks, and propose mitigation strategies

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of related experience
• Deep functional knowledge specific to the employer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and make recommendations to upper management

• Advanced knowledge in data analysis and project management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
• Experience in assessing IT risk and compliance issues
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills under pressure
• Ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders
