Office Pro, Inc, a Washington DC based end-user training and adoption company, is in need of an On-Site Audio
- Visual Technician to assist our client locally with AV white glove and meeting support.

This is a dedicated 5 day per week (Monday - Friday) onsite Audio-Visual Technician Conference Support Role. Desired candidate should posses a skillset and knowledge in AV systems from live event support to commercial/conference room setting with critical thinking skill abilities and professional demeanor.

Duties Include:

• Break/Fix/Maintenance at a Tier 1-2 Support function - Critical thinking skills apply here for troubleshooting
• White Glove support of conference meetings, town halls, small and large meetings for executive level and below
• Support/Running Live Events as needed
• Knowledge of Unified Communications/Modern Meeting Room Setup (MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc)
• On-site Audio support, video conferencing and production operations
• Maintain administrative/reporting requirements and operational metrics
• Ensure all meeting & broadcast rooms are equipped/stocked with supplies per meeting room requirements
• Maintain inventory of A/V consumables and replace A/V consumables as necessary
• Preventative Maintenance Testing of each individual piece of equipment to ensure equipment is set to factory specifications
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Should Include:

• Event Support at an A2/L1 lever or higher
• Knowledge, experience with Crestron/Extron or other AV Control systems
• Understanding and tracing of basic signal flow within a commercial or event support setting (DSPs AMX/BiAmp, etc as it applies) as well as audio in a live event setting
• Prior corporate/white glove event support experience or Live event support
• Support of executive level meetings with go getter energy and priority
