The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Mission Systems Integration Manager to join Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Berkeley, Missouri.

BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. The candidate will enable the Mission Systems organization to continue to expand its business base and will participate in advancing fighter aircraft technology by leading an Integration, Analysis and System Test Engineering team. The team is responsible for developing system/subsystem requirements, participating with Software engineers with real-time Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system performance in Flight Test.

Simulation and modeling is utilized to assist in requirements development, software development and offsets some Flight Test verification.

Position Responsibilities:

* Ensure that the team delivers safe and high-quality program products within cost and schedule

* Coordination with program management, suppliers, customers and other Boeing teams

* Provide technical, programmatic and process leadership to team members

* Monitor team and supplier performance to ensure proper system integration and compliance with requirements

* Support production with issue resolution for delivered hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle

* Perform managerial HR functions

* Lead, develop, and motivate employees This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options A small amount of Travel will be required. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

* A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

* 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's or 7+ years of work-related experience with a Masters or PhD

* 7+ years of technical engineering experience

* 5+ years of experience in the Mission Systems field on military aircraft

* 5+ years of experience leading or managing teams and/or projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* With the above Bachelor degree, also have an MBA or equivalent degree

* Strong collaboration and coordination skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience delivering presentations

* Experience with Earned Value Management

* Experience mentoring engineers and less-experienced managers

* Working knowledge of Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)

* Active Top-Secret Security Clearance

* Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering

* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git Lab and Jama Connect Conflict of Interest:
