PositionTest & Evaluation Lab Tech – Berkeley, MO (100% onsite, 1st shift)
Responsibilities- Installing and maintaining flight simulation equipment (computers, monitors, audio and visual systems, crew stations, rack equipment)
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic hardware issues with minimum downtime
- Plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials and manufacturing processes and technologies
- Design, fabricate, build and analyze test systems, materials, components, software and methodologies
- Coordinate test laboratory activities: set up, checkout, tear‑down, fabrication, modification and maintenance
- Coaches and trains others; works under general direction
Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum of 2+ years experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards
- Minimum of 2+ years working in an Engineering Lab Environment or comparable Military experience
- Minimum of 2+ years experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics
- Minimum of 3+ years experience working with flight simulation equipment
- Minimum of 3+ years experience maintaining computer hardware
- Experience with Mil‑Spec connector termination
- Experience with Mil‑Spec Fiber Optic termination and splicing
- An active U.S. Secret Clearance
Typical education/experience acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate) and one or more years related work experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g., Bachelor and 3 years related work experience).

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Summary pay range:
Level II – $53,550 – $72,450.
