Position OverviewAssociate Configuration Management Engineer for the Air Dominance programs team. Performs configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, and facilitates program baseline management.
Position Responsibilities- Review prime contract and supplier contract change management requirements.
- Review and interpret configuration management plans.
- Establish and apply methodology for product and document identification.
- Prepare change control documents such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Change Requests (CD/CRs), conduct program Change Control Boards (CCB), perform configuration audits, coordinate product configuration definition documentation, and others.
- Collaborate with fellow configuration management engineers on configuration management principles and job practices and support of industry quality audits for Configuration Management.
- Perform determinations of export authority for technical work products.
- Collaborate with customers.
- Engage in program planning.
100% onsite in Berkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time, domestically and/or internationally, depending on business needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires ship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start may be required.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- 1+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.
- 1+ years editing PDF and Word file.
- Experience with Change Management.
- Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations.

Pay & BenefitsBase pay range: $85,000 - $115,000.
