Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance is seeking a Lead Product Data Engineer (Configuration Management) to support the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) Team in Berkeley, MO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, extracting technical product definition data, and facilitating program baseline management.

Position Responsibilities:

* Understand customer and supplier technical baseline management requirements.

* Interpret industry and contract requirements for the generation of product data deliverables

* Generate configuration management plans and product data compilation processes.

* Assign and maintain product and document identification.

* Evaluate and lead the coordination of proposed engineering changes.

* Own and execute change management processes, perform configuration audits, generate configuration status accounting (CSA) reports

* Generate Technical Data Packages (TDP) and other complex product data deliverables through analysis and compilation of product data

* Collaborate with and advise fellow configuration management engineers on configuration management principles and job practices.

* Collaborate with customers.

* Engage in program planning. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

* An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start may be required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

* 5+ years creating or extracting engineering product data

* 5+ years using Excel to perform data analysis.

* 5+ years using scripting to collect and compile data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
* Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development as well as process improvement.

* Ability to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks; an understanding of the cultures of organizations and ability to apply this information in a way that strengthens the organization's strategic plan and profitability.

* Attention to detail.

* Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations.
