Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer 3 | CTS International – Berkeley, MO, USA

We are seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer located in Berkeley, MO. Positions are 100% on-site.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship Required.

• Assist with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Develop or modify basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
• Perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
• Support fabrication technicians and address suppliers' questions during build and fabrication processes.
• Support resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
• Support hands‑on troubleshooting of test racks.
• Perform acceptance test procedures to demonstrate conformance to design and document results.
• Develop and maintain scripts used to run test functions using C and C++.
• Research basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelor's OR 3 years of work‑related experience with a Master's.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong foundation in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Siemens Capital (preferred).
• ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
