Responsibilities
Coordinate daily order processing, inventory tracking, and supplier communication.
Manage procurement, quality checks, and shipments for U.S. and international clients.
Support warehouse setup, stock audits, and fulfillment for e-commerce orders.
Work with vendors and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Identify and engage new B2B clients across hospitality, F&B, and corporate sectors.
Assist with quotation, sampling, and follow-up to convert leads into sales.
Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely fulfillment and support.
Support trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns and digital ads.
Assist in uploading and managing products across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify).
Support onboarding of U.S.
-based suppliers onto Nona Lifestyle’s procurement platform.
Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and reports for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with CPA and compliance partners to ensure smooth financial processes.
Prepare weekly performance reports and sales dashboards.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or logistics (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, CRM, and ERP systems.
Knowledge of e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify) is a plus.
Authorized to work in the United States.
