Repairs complex electrical equipment, including automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms. Installs electrical equipment with minimal instructions. Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, and detects and replaces defective control modules. Performs complex wiring assignments. Installs power, light, electronic, and control circuits. Installs, maintains and repairs all HVAC Systems.
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS****:
**** EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
** 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:
** WV**: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
** OH**: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License
3. Valid driver’s license.

** 1. Five (5) years’ experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber.
** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS****:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspect, test, maintain, repair and install electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.  
2. Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs.  
3. Performs preventative maintenance activities.  
4. Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete assigned projects.  
5. Performs water testing, maintains chemical levels, and documents results as assigned.  
6. Operates water softener system as assigned.  
7. Inspect, troubleshoot, and conduct tests and pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.  
8. Safely use various hand and power tools.  
9. Installs new or replacement equipment.
10.  Performs routine inspection of facility for safety and disrepair.  10. Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.  11. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.  12. Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues.  13. Repair HVAC System  14. Installs conduit, mounts electrical sockets and installs specialized circuits throughout the building.
