Overview
Prellis Bio’s strategy combines novel ML, biology at scale and next-gen antibody discovery to address problems in the drug development pipeline. Prellis Biologics uses proprietary technology to 3D print human lymph node organoids enabling rapid and diverse discovery of human antibody therapeutic candidates for a range of applications. We are assembling discovery biologists, computational scientists, and protein scientists who want to make a difference to this important problem.
PositionWe are seeking a Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – HTP Antibody Expression to grow our high-throughput (HTP) expression capabilities and accelerate our biotherapeutic discovery efforts. You will be responsible for:
- Spearheading our HTP protein expression platform, delivering high quality antibody from our EXIS and AI/ML platforms for early screening.
- Leading our mid-scale cloning and expression operations of select, key antibodies needed for downstream testing.
