Campus Veterinary Clinic in Berkley, CA is hiring a Medical Director, Veterinarian for our full-service animal hospital that sees dogs, cats, pocket pets, guinea pigs, and exotics. It's clean, organized, and equipped with advanced tools and technologies to provide the highest standard of care for a variety of cases. • Practice type:
  Small Animal General Practice, primarily with cats, dogs, and some pocket pets and exotics with focus on wellness and preventative medicine with urgent and emergency care.
• Avg. daily patient volume: ~16 per DVM
• Support staff ratio: ~3 : 1 DVM
• Case mix:
  Orthopedic and soft tissue surgery; focus on pet wellness and preventative care including vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, behavior counseling, radiology, lab work, testing, urgent and emergency care, and in-house pharmacy.
• Technology & equipment:
  Ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house labs, etc.
• Team culture:
  The Campus Pet Clinic staff is dedicated to excellent patient care, client communication, and teamwork, providing an environment for a veterinarian to utilize medicine and surgery skills. We have multiple techs and assistants and three skilled DVMs. We are open to welcoming an experienced veterinarian or providing mentorship to someone looking to learn and grow.

• $150,000 - $220,000 annual salary + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:

• Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships

• Committed to continuous growth and excellence

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice or current work as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged for application.
