Job Summary
The Utility Crew Member is responsible for performing specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that client facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. This role involves a variety of duties including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care, as well as assisting with other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform carpet cleaning services using extraction, bonnet, or encapsulation methods as required.
• Conduct window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass, using appropriate tools and safety procedures.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces such as sidewalks, walls, and entryways.
• Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively; perform minor maintenance and report repair needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work schedules and project requirements.
• Ensure all assigned areas and completed tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Load, unload, and transport cleaning materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites as needed.
• Assist in other janitorial or facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
