We’re looking for a Business Analyst who moves fast, thinks clearly, and isn’t afraid to take ownership of direction. Someone who sees solutions, not just problems, and can turn them into real decisions.

This role is for someone who steps into the conversation, asks sharp questions, connects the dots, and helps clients move forward.

About the role

You work close to the client, close to key topics, and close to the moments where decisions are made.

Your job is to set direction by:

  • quickly understanding the context,
  • identifying the core problem,
  • proposing a sensible solution,
  • defining the next step and move on.

What matters here is pace, clarity of thinking, and decisiveness. No over-analysis. No going in circles.

Who we are

We solve real business challenges by building tailored web solutions:
Word Press, eCommerce, Cyber Security, Dev Ops, Fin Ops, and custom systems.

We work with clients across Poland, Europe, and the US, including Żabka, Biedronka, Brand
24, and the University of California (Berkeley), as well as local communities and non-profit organizations (Fundacja Adapter, Pokonaj Chłoniaka).

We work as partners, approach projects holistically, and communicate directly.

What you can expect to work on

Tasks that create real value, based on your experience. These are the areas we see but we’re open to your perspective:

  • leading business conversations with clients (including executive-level stakeholders),
  • getting to the root of business problems, not just their symptoms,
  • combining data, processes, and context into clear recommendations,
  • structuring discussions and turning them into concrete actions,
  • spotting opportunities for next steps and translating them into decisions,
  • supporting sales conversations with real insights,
  • working closely with PMs and the Tech Lead to keep decisions meaningful and delivery on track.
We’re looking for someone who
  • is confident, energetic, and proactive,
  • prefers action over endless analysis,
  • communicates fluently in Polish and English,
  • has worked in complex project environments (multiple parallel projects, with clients expecting a partner, not just an executor),
  • feels comfortable in business conversations and isn’t afraid to take a stance,
  • makes decisions quickly and takes responsibility for them,
  • thinks in business and process terms (practically, without unnecessary theory),
  • understands the sales context of client conversations and navigates it naturally,
  • can defend sensible solutions when needed.
