ServiceNow Senior Developer; Associate

• Collaborate with business process consultants and team members to understand business requirements
• Develop technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies
• Participate in client engagements and team collaboration, with travel required up to 30%
• Manage and execute multiple greenfield implementations of Service Now modules
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables and workflows

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field of study
• Minimum of 3 years in a Service Now technical delivery capacity, preferably with an Elite-level Service Now partner
• Proven experience with 3+ greenfield implementations of multiple Service Now modules
• Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification required, with the ability to obtain a second within the first six months of employment

• Experience with Service Now modules such as CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics and virtual agents
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and DOM
• Experience collaborating closely with QA teams for testing and issue remediation
