We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational functions of a specific region/clinic.

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, staff development, and smooth clinical operation practices. The Clinic Director will collaborate with families, staff, and team members to promote client success and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based ABA therapy programs for clients.
  • Ensure clinical programs meet client needs, align with organizational standards, and adhere to ethical guidelines (e.g., BACB standards).
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBA staff and other clinical team members.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and ensure treatment plans are effective, individualized, and updated as needed.
  • Monitor data collection, analysis, and progress tracking to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff coverage, and client services.
  • Develop and monitor clinic budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize operational processes and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinical and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and professional work environment.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing education and support as needed.
  • Ensure family involvement in treatment planning and progress updates.
  • Represent the organization in community outreach, networking, and partnership development.
  • Promote the clinic's services to ensure sustainable growth and community impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advocate for advancements in ABA therapy.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • State licensure, if applicable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing clinical teams and client caseloads.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in ABA therapy principles, data analysis, and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, ethical standards, and best practices in ABA.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time, hybrid
  • Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.
  • May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions.
