• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.

• Excellent English communication skills (proficiency encouraged).
• Compassionate personality and caring nature.
• Patient, kind, and heart for working with senior adults.
• HCA registered (Arosa will assist with certification).
• Drug screening and criminal background check (Live Scan in California).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
