Role: GTM Strategic Finance Business Partner

A high-growth technology company is leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize a large and historically underserved industry. The business has experienced rapid expansion, growing significantly over the past year and recently securing a major funding round to support its next phase of scale.

Finance plays a central role in guiding the company’s growth and strategic decision-making. The team partners closely with leadership across the business to ensure resources are deployed effectively and that key operational decisions are supported by data and financial insight.

The company is seeking a Strategic Finance professional focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) to join the team and partner closely with revenue-generating functions.

The Role

This role will serve as the finance partner to go-to-market teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing operations. The individual will help drive planning processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and translate operational data into actionable insights that guide investment and growth decisions.

The position reports to senior finance leadership and plays a key role in shaping how the company scales its commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core GTM planning and forecasting processes, including annual planning, monthly financial reviews, weekly operating rhythms, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze key business drivers across the revenue funnel, including pipeline conversion, productivity, customer acquisition costs, and retention metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and operational leaders on headcount planning, quota capacity modeling, and resource allocation.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategy, packaging decisions, product launches, and investment prioritization.
  • Prepare executive-level materials for leadership and board discussions, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Help refine financial systems, processes, and operating cadences as the organization continues to scale.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or B2B SaaS environments, ideally supporting revenue or go-to-market teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and GTM metrics such as ARR, pipeline conversion, CAC, payback, LTV, and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
