You work as part of a cross‑functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. You will plan and conduct process development activities, including process design and specifications, process scale‑up and commissioning, technical risk assessments, and maintain accurate consumer‑centric process specifications. You will also plan resources, manage stakeholders, influence decisions based on data analysis, and create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage.

- Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing

Education / Certifications: HS Diploma / GED Required. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field Preferred.
Travel requirements: Less than 50% depending on base location.
Work schedule: Monday–Friday.
Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
