Sr. Process Engineer

Noble Thermodynamics is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of innovative engineering process designs for clean power generation. In this role, you will take charge of key responsibilities, starting with process design, including performing process simulations, analyzing process data, and preparing control narratives. You will develop essential engineering documentation (e.g., PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, etc.) and conduct safety reviews (e.g., PHA, HAZOP) to ensure safe, reliable, and code compliant designs.

You will provide technical oversight ensuring successful process implementation during construction and operation of the plant. Finally, you will conduct cost estimates, as well as lifecycle and techno-economic analyses, to evaluate the competitiveness and environmental impact of different process designs.

Noble Thermodynamics is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects supporting the development of next-generation clean power plants. In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full project lifecycle—from design through procurement, construction, and commissioning.

You will actively manage and coordinate engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards. You’ll drive critical planning and execution activities including contractor oversight and coordination, schedule management, cost tracking, risk mitigation strategy, and regulatory compliance.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically proficient leader with strong project execution instincts and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the deployment of clean power generation technology through rigorous project delivery and operational discipline.
