YOUR ROLE
As the Enrichment Programs Coordinator, you will design, coordinate, and implement a variety of academic and recreational programs at Shu Ren International School, including after‑school programs, enrichment classes, school‑year camps, and summer camps. You will play a key role in creating joyful, engaging experiences for our students and families.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS AND SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR
- Develop, implement, and supervise engaging and educational after‑school programs, enrichment classes, and school‑year camps, and summer camp
- Provide responsive support to students, families, and teachers
- Track attendance, feedback, retention, and admissions inquiries to support program evaluation
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to publicize program offerings
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating terms, contracts, insurance and liability documentation, deposits, and payments
- Plan, organize, and supervise vacation camps and summer camps
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support school staff as needed

- You’re tech‑savvy: You are comfortable with computers, word processing, Gmail, Google Drive, and databases.
- You’re a collaborative team member: You enjoy working with others, are flexible and adaptable, and willingly pitch in where needed.
- You prioritize safety: You understand health and safety protocols and can confidently implement safety measures.
- 5+ years of experience working with children and/or managing children’s programming
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent field experience
- Full professional fluency in English
- Authorized to work now and in the future in the U.S.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a plus
- 10+ years of supervisory experience
- Background and in teaching and learning, child development or other related field
