We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant with a strong background in All-on-X surgeries and digital workflows to join our surgical team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is confident supporting complex implant procedures from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the doctor during
All-on-X / full-arch implant surgeries - Prepare and maintain surgical operatory and sterile field
- Manage implant surgical setups and instrumentation
- Support digital workflows, including intraoral scanning, CBCT, and guided surgery
- Assist with same-day conversion, temporization, and prosthetic workflow coordination
- Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical notes
- Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
- Collaborate closely with clinical, lab, and administrative teams
- Minimum 3–5 years of surgical dental assisting experience
- Direct experience assisting in All-on-X or full-arch implant surgeries
- Strong understanding of digital dentistry workflows (CBCT, intraoral scanners, guided surgery)
- CPR/BLS certification
- OMSA
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience with surgical implant systems and guided surgery software
- IV sedation or anesthesia assisting experience
- Familiarity with digital treatment planning and lab communication
