• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate diagnosis and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
• Educate customers about service options, pricing, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout the service process.

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
