• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volvo and Subaru vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

• Proven experience as a Subaru or Volvo technician, preferably Subaru.
• ASE certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with automotive systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
