• 2-5 years of proven maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial, or institutional settings, demonstrating a track record of technical problem‑solving and system optimization.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills preferred.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
