Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in Power Shell scripting, CI/CD pipeline development, and Harness to support automation, deployment, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating operational tasks, and improving deployment reliability across environments.

Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell.
- Manage build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Integrate code repositories, testing frameworks, and deployment tools within CI/CD workflows.
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot build/deployment failures.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline release cycles.
- Implement Dev Ops best practices including version control, branching strategies, and artifact management.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained within pipelines.
- Support cloud and on‑prem infrastructure automation efforts.
- Strong experience in Dev Ops practices and methodologies.
- Hands‑on expertise with Power Shell scripting.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
- Familiarity with Git‑based repositories (Git Hub, Git Lab, or Bitbucket).
- Experience with build tools and artifact repositories.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker (preferred).
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or related roles.
