We need Tech Business Analyst for the open position; we need the candidates to be comfortable in TDD/BDD/Gherkin
. In addition, the candidates should have prior experience in business analysis for the development of Java applications
.

• Business Analyst with the Technology Background in Java
• Able to convert the Functional Stories to Technical stories.
• Ability to create Component, System, Interface diagram and explain the developers for the Coding
• Have knowledge on TDD/BDD
• Work experience in Banking and Financial projects preferably in Cards Domain
• Should have worked in Agile Project
• Requirement gathering and analysis
• Coordination with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Documentation of business requirements and use cases
• A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency
• Ability to work in large, collaborate teams to achieve organizational goals
