Cyber Security Program Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial technology company, is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Columbus, OH or Berkeley Heights, NJ

As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Cybersecurity organization to deliver on critical initiatives aimed at defending and protecting their technology infrastructure. You will manage schedules, monitor costs, and drive technical performance to ensure program success. Your role will involve stakeholder management across multiple organizations to ensure the successful execution of projects designed to safeguard their technology and reputation.

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of program management experience within a global enterprise.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Project.

• Oversee project methodologies and delivery processes.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
  Facilitate stakeholder, client, and team expectations.
• Provide clear and concise communication across the organization.
• Make complex decisions with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
