Working closely with senior leaders, engineers, product managers, and delivery teams, you will help embed Lean‑Agile ways of working that improve flow, predictability, and outcomes across the business.

This role will report initially into senior leadership within the organization and will require regular presence across both the New York and New Jersey offices, with extensive collaboration with our teams in India. This is a hybrid opportunity.

What you’ll do

  • Drive Agile transformation strategy across the Engineering and Product organizations, aligning delivery practices with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed Agile principles into planning, funding, prioritization, and decision‑making.
  • Act as a visible advocate for Lean‑Agile ways of working, promoting continuous improvement and organizational learning.
  • Coach executives and managers on servant leadership, empowerment, and effective organizational design.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams to improve maturity, predictability, throughput, and quality.
  • Implement and optimize Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and pragmatic hybrid models where appropriate.
  • Establish consistent ceremonies, cadences, working agreements, and delivery rhythms across teams.
  • Promote strong engineering and Dev Ops practices including CI/CD, automation, trunk‑based development, and test‑driven development.
  • Facilitate key events such as PI Planning, Big Room Planning, portfolio syncs, retrospectives, and cross‑team workshops.
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments that limit value delivery and flow through value streams.
  • Define and use meaningful metrics such as flow metrics, OKRs, and team health indicators.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and coach teams on actionable improvement plans.
  • Serve as a change agent, helping shape culture, psychological safety, and customer‑centric mindsets.
  • Develop internal Agile coaching capability through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support teams in navigating conflict, dependencies, and complex delivery challenges, guiding them toward self‑organization.
What we’re looking for

  • Shows strong knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Brings proven experience working with senior leaders to align Agile practices with strategic business goals.
  • Has a solid understanding of modern engineering and Dev Ops practices and how they support effective Agile delivery.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across regions.
  • Demonstrates strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead large group events and difficult conversations.
  • Approaches change with empathy, pragmatism, and a focus on sustainable outcomes.
