Product Designer - Mobile & Web with Payments

Berkeley Heights, NJ / Wilmington DE / Alpharetta GA / Kansas City, KS

• We’re looking for a Designer for our product team to design new features for our roster of payments platform components and launch new apps in the B2B payments space.
• You’ll also be involved in crafting proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pitch decks to help us win new business and bring ideas to life for prospective clients.
• The Product Designer will be responsible for executing projects from conception to production.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual and UX design, experience designing complex B2B/Fin Tech platforms focused on acquiring and financial infrastructure, and the ability to rapidly produce high quality work while managing overlapping projects and deadlines.
• Must be a strong visual, verbal and written communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with strong attention to detail while possessing the ability to also look at the big picture.
• Must have ability to balance user experience, client needs, business and technical requirements while producing attractive, high caliber work.

• Partner with Product Managers to break down problems to define user stories and requirements for diverse users (merchants, developers, risk/operations teams).
• Collaborate closely with engineers and QA to create and deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality.
• Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions, ensuring a clear understanding of user journeys and the intended user experience, especially for complex flows like merchant onboarding, transaction lifecycle, and data visualization/reporting.
• Ensure consistency of design & UI patterns, language and branding elements across all product components (mobile and web SDKs, web dashboards and components, APIs/developer portals, web, email communications, print material).
• Present design work and rationale to the design team, stakeholders and clients while gathering feedback to iterate and polish your solutions.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on post-launch data and user feedback.
• Craft proof-of-concept designs, prototypes and design-driven pitch decks that showcase our product and leave a lasting impression.
• Design solutions that address complex financial, regulatory, and technical requirements (e.g., payments reconciliation, security/compliance, risk management).

• 3+ years of experience designing complex B2B/SaaS platforms, developer tools, or financial infrastructure products.
• Demonstrated experience in payments acquiring, merchant-facing products, or platform-as-a-service models.
• Solid foundation in user experience best practices.
• Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition, hierarchy, color, etc.
• Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
