We’re hiring a hands‑on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi‑org environment. This role is focused on simplifying over‑customized implementations, driving scalable architecture, and leading enterprise integrations (strong emphasis on Mule Soft Anypoint
). It is a contract‑to‑hire position and candidates must be open to converting to full‑time employment.
Location / Work Setup
Full‑time onsite in:
Coral Springs, FL
; Alpharetta, GA
; Hagerstown, MD
; Milwaukee, WI
; Berkeley Heights, NJ
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform
- Lead integration patterns across the enterprise (
Mule Soft required) - Enforce standards for security, IAM/SSO, and Salesforce development best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs, roadmaps, and delivery guidance
- Provide technical oversight/mentorship to delivery teams
- 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills; able to translate technical designs into business value
