One Year Contract To Hire

• Programming and Scripting:
  Proficient in Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby for automation and tooling.
• Systems Administration:
  Deep understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, file systems, processes, and system configurations.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Chef to manage infrastructure.
• Cloud Computing:
  Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services such as EC2, S3, Kubernetes, and serverless functions.
• Containers & Orchestration:
  Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift.
• Networking:
  Understanding of DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Monitoring & Observability:
  Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic; ability to set up dashboards and alerts.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
  Familiarity with Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or Circle
  
  CI.
• Hashi Corp Vault & Terraform:
  Strong understanding enhances performance.
• Incident Management:
  Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and conduct post‑mortem reviews.
• Automation:
  Focus on automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Performance Tuning:
  Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in systems and applications.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Work closely with cross‑functional teams; create clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Reliability & Scalability:
  Define and monitor SLOs and SLAs; design systems for scalability and fault tolerance.
• Security & Compliance:
  Apply security best practices, including access control, data encryption, and secure coding; familiar with GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI‑DSS compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in program management frameworks, knowledge groups, and life cycle.
