• Assist in the daily operations of the cafeteria to provide a delightful dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including food stations.
• Replenish food stations and ensure food safety and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and address inquiries as needed.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
