Embassy Suites by Hilton – Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team! Join us in delivering memorable hospitality experiences and becoming a valued member of the Embassy Suites Berkeley Heights team.
Base Pay: $17.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Property Description: Embassy Suites by Hilton – Berkeley Heights is a modern, all-suite hotel that offers exceptional service and amenities to our guests. With positions available in front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, event planning, and more, there are ample opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the features and facilities
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
- Transport guests in the hotel shuttle (5-mile radius)
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license required (MVR check will be completed pre-employment)
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday
