Overview
This role will provide Compliance team support during concurrent team leaves and increased business activity tied to multiple upcoming product launches. You will help ensure continuity of key Compliance operations, with a focus on monitoring, auditing, policy support, vendor due diligence, and transparency-related data review.
Key AccountabilitiesSupport day-to-day Compliance operations, including:
- Data & Field Monitoring Support — Assist with monitoring activities to help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Data Auditing Support — Support audit preparation and execution, including documentation review, tracking, and follow-up on findings.
- Policy & Training Materials Development Support — Contribute to the development and refresh of compliance policies, SOPs, guidance documents, and training materials.
- Vendor and Supplier Due Diligence Support — Support due diligence processes for new and existing vendors/suppliers, including review and coordination of required documentation.
- Payment Transparency Data Review Support — Assist with review of transparency-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for reporting.
- Additional Operational Support — Provide other compliance operational support as needed to support business continuity and launch readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR Paralegal Certification
- Consulting firm experience with life science or healthcare clients (3-5 years)
- Healthcare Compliance experience in life science or healthcare organizations (3-5 years)
- Paralegal experience in a law firm specializing in healthcare (3-5 years)
- Excellent writing, communication, and documentation skills
- Exceptional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to work across stakeholders
- Experience supporting data review and documentation processes
- Experience with monitoring
, auditing
, and structured compliance workflows - Ability to support policy and training development (drafting, formatting, refining)
