• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, including tools and equipment.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

• Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
• Experience in retail sales with an ability to upsell products effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of hair threading techniques and nail care practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with makeup application techniques is a plus.
• Experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
