This full-time, on-site position as a Wax Specialist Peer Trainer is based in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The Wax Specialist Peer Trainer will be responsible for providing professional waxing services, training and mentoring other wax specialists, and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence. The role includes conducting waxing procedures using the brand’s signature techniques, advising on skincare and aftercare, and supporting team members to ensure best practices.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment and providing outstanding customer service to guests.

• Proficiency in Hair Removal and Skin Care techniques, with knowledge of best practices for personal care services.
• Licensed in Cosmetology or relevant certification in esthetics or professional waxing.
• Strong Guest Service and Sales skills to engage with guests and create a positive experience.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or supporting other professionals in a work environment is a plus.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and providing high-quality services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
