With $1.1 trillion in assets under management across private equity, real estate, public debt and equity, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, opportunistic credit, and non‑investment‑grade credit, we use extraordinary people and flexible capital to help companies solve problems.

Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) is a leading credit investor whose portfolio spans private investment grade, asset‑based lending, public investment grade, high‑yield, sustainable resources, infrastructure debt, collateralized loan obligations, direct lending, and opportunistic credit. BXCI also provides investment‑management services for insurers, leveraging our capabilities in investment‑grade private credit.

The BXCI Finance Transformation Lead supports BXCI and Finance leadership by scoping, launching, overseeing, and driving a portfolio of technology and process‑improvement projects. You will partner with business leaders to translate ideas into execution and implementation.

Projects include systems and process overhauls, feature development and rollout, data integrity and governance improvements, reporting development, and other finance and operational initiatives. The role reports through the CFO office for BXCI and works across BXCI Finance, BXCI Operations, and Blackstone Technology and Innovation (BXTI).

Responsibilities
  • Work with finance subject‑matter experts to turn process or system improvements into concrete project charters and BRDs.
  • Document existing processes via workflows, process maps, and deliverable mappings.
  • Determine appropriate technology solutions for project needs in partnership with BXTI.
  • Develop and manage key milestones for each project with stakeholder groups across BX.
  • Interface with finance to assess budget impact and develop ROI for each project.
  • Build long‑term project roadmaps across BXCI Finance, linking project dependencies.
  • Socialize short‑term and long‑term plans to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of operations, technology implementation, or business‑transformation experience, preferably in finance or operations at an asset manager.
  • Strong understanding of asset‑management trade booking and operations, especially across credit.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex processes, systems architecture, mapping, and improvement.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration on cross‑functional teams, balancing long‑term goals with short‑term challenges.
  • Process mindset: navigate current‑state processes and build/integrate future‑state solutions.
  • Ability to quickly document current‑state processes.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills;
    Tableau experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
