Field Technician

Enovate is an engineering firm specializing in construction management, transportation engineering, and monitoring services. As a WBE/DBE contractor, Enovate partners with leading engineering and CM firms on flagship public and private sector projects.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and remove instrumentation for construction projects.
• Conduct field surveys and record site observations with detailed notes, daily reports, photos, and logs.
• Manage field equipment inventory and coordinate deployment with Instrumentation Engineers and Project Managers.
• Configure and update equipment data using appropriate software tools and maintain organized records.
• Work independently and collaboratively with multiple clients, contracts, and projects.
• Travel to multiple project locations as needed.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction‑related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in construction or geotechnical field projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate personal or company vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with client representatives.
• Basic computer programming and data management skills.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds.

$22 – $28 per hour.
