ResponsibilitiesAs a Flex School Teacher, you will combine strong teaching practice with creativity, collaboration, and personalized student support. Core responsibilities include:
- Plan and teach engaging courses (minimum 5 classes per trimester)
- Create inclusive, supportive classroom environments for diverse learners
- Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Counselors to implement student Learning Profiles and accommodations
- Maintain grading, assignments, and communication through our school systems
- Lead a daily advisory supporting students' academic and executive functioning growth
- Participate in faculty collaboration, professional development, and school events
- Communicate regularly and thoughtfully with students and families
- Support electives, Flex Friday programming, and broader school community activities
- Prepare reports and documentation related to student progress, meetings, and recommendations
- Small class sizes and relationship-driven teaching

- On campus approximately 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
