Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

The candidate selected for this role will be knowledgeable in banking systems and be tasked with working alongside other business analysts and product management to make the ecosystem integration process a delightful experience for both internal and external resources. The Business Analyst's role includes, but is not limited to, conducting market analysis, assessing product line gaps, and clearly articulating detail requirements for cross‑functional staff including development, test, training, sales, and implementations.

To succeed in this role the candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non‑technical users.

As part of a small dynamic team, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing requirements analysis and gathering systems information
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Develop business scope and requirements for new products, features, and revisions to existing products
• Perform analysis of various banking systems and understand how they would interact with the Finxact core
• Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner
• Assist in the analysis of competitor's product features, positioning and marketing, benefits and pricing
• Provide on‑going detailed knowledge and problem resolution to the sales channels and business partners
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Participating in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Test and maintain all applications that are part of the banking eco‑system

Senior Business Analyst

• 5+ years financial services experience
• Self‑driven to meet deliverables and project timelines
• Knowledge and or experience with a variety of banking applications and detailed understanding of those interactions

• Experience working with a cross‑functional team
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to provide remote support for our bank customers during live and post‑live implementations which may include issue resolution and manual maintenance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practice is a plus
• Project management or product owner experience a plus
• Software Implementation and configuration background
• Baseline understanding of the principles of technology
