Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, business hours, 32 hours per week
Dates of 10 week program: Monday, June 1st through Thursday, August 6th

Atlas’ unique, comprehensive intern program will provide you with the tools and knowledge to carry you forward in your career. As an Atlas Intern, you’ll have an opportunity to define your career goals, develop new skills, and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Leadership Team to address real-world challenges facing our customers and clients.
- Utilize your analytical skills to dissect business problems and craft innovative solutions.
- Assist in integrating and optimizing digital platforms, leveraging analytics, and driving changes that align with global trends and client needs.
- Spearhead initiatives to refine processes and digital engagement, incorporating technology solutions to streamline candidate and client interactions.
- Drive the development of company materials and knowledge repositories, focusing on integrating digital tools for effective training and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms.
- Currently enrolled in a BS or BA program relevant to Management or Business with a keen interest in technology management consulting within the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills, able to dissect complex challenges and communicate innovative solutions effectively.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to address complex challenges through proactive collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging and clear conveyance of strategies, ideas, and instructions.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization, alongside a comfort with outreach activities to engage candidates and consultants.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel, with an ability to navigate and integrate new technologies.
